Therefore P.B Landscape Gardeners offer a free consultation visit in order to view your garden and discuss your personal requirements.
Once a design has been decided upon a quote will be drawn up detailing all materials and labour costs separately, so that you can see exactly where your money is being spent. P.B Landscape Gardeners only deal with properly written out quotes as these are legally binding, unlike estimates, therefore the client has a signed document guaranteeing the final price with no hidden surprises.
Only once a price is agreed upon will any payment be due; upon signing a contract a 10% deposit will be required and a date will be provisional booked in for the commencement off your work.
P.B Landscape Gardeners will also at this stage have available for you a copy of their 'Method's of Construction' so that you will know how every part of your garden is being built and have the peace of mind that it will last!
